I bought this book in the hopes it was a good resource for Microsoft's 98-365 MTA Exam. It's not. It's a student handbook meant for the classroom. There are no answers to the questions at the end of each chapter. In addition there are no online resources by the publisher of this book. I actually called them (Wiley) and the answer was that the author "wants you to think about the answers". Personally I want to pass the test. For the amount of money that is being changed for this book, the sloppiness and laziness shown by not only Wiley, but Microsoft as well is simply unforgivable.

This book is a must for anyone prepping for this exam. It begins at the beginning and has many more test questions than the Microsoft official curriculum. I prepped for this exam by taking the Microsoft course 6420, using LearnKey videos and CBT Nuggets videos, and reading this book cover to cover, and I passed the test. This book will be a little basic for the experienced IT Professional, but most people taking this test won't be that experienced.

Great book, it allowed me to go to Windows Server 2012. I have Exam book 70-410 and a lot of things are clearer for me due to having the fundamentals.

This book was in very good condition. It was exactly what I needed to pass the exam. My only complaint is thst there was no answer key for the quizzes at the end of the chapters.

Very basic book - however, that's the purpose. Definitely does a good job of introducing concepts without mixing people up.

Between this and experience, was able to pass this exam after completing the book. Buy the book used and find a test voucher to save money! I was able to get half-off through Prometric $57.00 (or at least get a second chance voucher). The exam is not difficult.

About the Author
J. Paul Peter is James R. McManus-Bascom Professor and Chair of the Marketing Department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business. He has taught courses in consumer behavior and in marketing management, strategy, research and theory. He's also taught in a variety of executive programs. Peter won the prestigious William O'Dell Award from the Journal of Marketing Research and twice was a finalist. He is author or editor of more than 30 books and is one of the most cited authors in marketing literature. Peter has served on review boards of the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Business Research. He has consulted for several corporations and the Federal Trade Commission. His earned a DBA from the University of Kentucky.

About the Author
Jack Straw was born in Buckhurst Hill in 1946. Brought up in Loughton, he studied law at Leeds University and practiced criminal law before becoming an MP in 1971. He served as Home Secretary, Foreign Secretary and Leader of the House of Commons during Tony Blair's premiership and Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor under Gordon Brown. Married with two children, he lives in London and his Blackburn constituency.
