I was disappointed by this book. admittedly, it said it was for beginners. And admittedly, I had already managed to put up a site--which looks pretty terrible.. But I still felt like a raw beginner. I don't think this book has any information I didn't already know. So, if you are a complete beginner, this may be ok. But I don't think it is going to get you to creating a functional website.

This book had typos ( self- published?) and was a very superficial overview. Friendly - like having a quick chat with a friend. But not sufficient to actually do anything if you had a project to complete.

Just a sketchy outline, IMO. I found nothing useful.

I was probably expecting too much from a step-by-by guide which is simply some very basic things about wordpress. May need to find another guide book which can provide more information on how to make a website using wordpress.
